Interface & IPC Driver Architecture (inter.h, interDrv.h)

The Interface Layer coordinates inter-driver shared memory buffers and PCIe BAR translations:

• Shared Memory Architecture (memoryMap.h): Maps inter-driver memory regions across the PCIe aperture, allowing high-speed zero-copy data exchange between peripheral drivers.
• Driver Synchronization: Enforces mutual exclusion and sequence barriers across asynchronous I/O transactions.
